About DesiRoots

DesiRoots is a family business run by Karun Swaroop and Bharath Raghavan Ramakrishnan, serving the Dallas-Fort Worth South Asian community with premium groceries delivered straight to your door. We import our own Annachi-brand rice, dal, and oils directly from Tamil Nadu — the same quality our families ate growing up. We pair these imports with fresh produce sourced locally so you get a complete grocery basket from one trusted source. We deliver within a 50-mile radius of Dallas, TX using our own van and driver. No carrier handoffs, no missed packages on the porch. Just your groceries, brought to your home, with a delivery photo for confirmation. We started DesiRoots because we couldn't find the same quality our families ate growing up — so we built it.
